VICTORIA, BC: August 18, 2026 - MeterPlugs, developers of audio metering and analysis tools, today announced the launch of DeliveryQC.com, a free website that checks a mix against a broadcast or streaming delivery specification and reports whether it passes.

Delivery specifications can change, and each platform sets its own loudness, true peak, and dialog targets. DeliveryQC.com measures a file against the selected spec and returns a pass or fail result with the reasons attached: a true peak over the limit, dialog that falls below the target level, etc. The site accepts WAV files from mono through 7.1.4 immersive (Dolby Atmos bed) at 44.1 or 48 kHz, and covers the specifications published by Netflix, Disney+, Apple, and others.

The measurement engine is validated against the industry's standard compliance material. It passes the complete ITU-R BS.2217 test set for ITU-R BS.1770, and the full EBU Tech 3341 and Tech 3342 test signal sets for EBU Mode and Loudness Range.

DeliveryQC.com performs every measurement locally in the browser. Audio is never uploaded to a server and never leaves your computer.

"Everything in DeliveryQC.com runs in your browser, so there's nothing to upload. You just drop the file in and get an answer," says Ian Kerr of MeterPlugs.

Results are presented as full plots of loudness, true peak, and L/R correlation across the entire program, so engineers can locate exactly where a problem occurs rather than only learning that one exists. Findings can be exported as a PDF report, and true-peak overload positions can be downloaded as markers for import into Pro Tools, dropping the engineer directly onto each offending sample in the session.

"Most post facilities already have loudness tools in the DAW. What DeliveryQC.com gives them is a second opinion, a report that shows a client the mix met spec, and a way to check a mix when they're away from the DAW," says Ian Kerr of MeterPlugs.
